I downloaded and installed the sql runtime client 64-bit and the Syspro Web Client. Everything installed without error messages.
When I execute the program, nothing happens. I can see the SYSPROCient.exe process in the Task Manager,
Am I missing something? Maybe another requirement?
My installation is running C-ISAM (Syspro 7 Updt-1).

We have upgraded one user to Word 2016 and now we getting an error when we try to print Delivery Notes. The error says:
(0008-0008 0110: An error occurred executing the print setup dialog options.
Is Syspro Word Print not compatible with Word 2016?
We are using EDI to send and receive order information with Caterpillar. I am wondering if there is anyone else out here that is processing orders with Caterpillar who is managing the process with Caterpillar who would like to trade information regarding what processes work and what processes do not work. Right now all of our releases are handled in a manual process which leads to problems. I am wondering how automated you have been able to get the process and what problems get introduced because of that process.

I'm upgrading from Syspro 6.0 Issue 009 to Syspro 7 Updt 1. I have everything under a test environment and working great except for some Report's tables that apparently are not available in this new version.
These are:
- ArGlPayments
- ArGlSales
- ApGlExpAp
- InvDistribution
- InvQtyDisc
Which files would be their equivalents in Syspro 7 Updt 1?
I would like to start with ApGlExAp (AP Supplier Expense Distribution).

We have a user that, whenever he tries to log into Syspro 7, he gets Operator already logged in.
I have deleted the ADMUSR.idx and ADMUSR.dat files, and I also restarted our WCFservice... no luck

We are experiencing a huge error on quantities that are increased on Customer and Inventory movements, when we delete a serial batch allocation on sales order entry.
When the serial entry is deleted the SorDetailSer table is cleared, but when we add (in sales order maintenance, on the same stock line) a new serial number the following happens.
The customer invoice is correct (all quantities and values)
In the ArTrnDetail Table the invoice quantity is duplicated (example: if my original quantity is 4, then i deleted serial allocation for 4, and the added back a quantity of 2) my quantity now shows 6. The NetSalesValue and Cost information is based on my invoice quantity of 2, but the quantity reflecting on the record is 6.
In the InvMovement table the movement quantity shows 6, but the stock is only decreased by 2.
In the ArSalesMovement table the movement also shows a quantity of 6.
In the SorDetailRep and the SorDetailSerRep the quantity correctly reflects only 2.
This causes my Customer and Inventory Query screens to also show the incorrect movement quantity of 6.
We have narrowed this down to the "delete" option in Sales Order Maintenance, serial allocation screen (IMP04E). The only way of getting around this issue is to cancel the entire sales order line and re-enter whenever the incorrect batch number was allocated.

I just created a new Menu under my Navigation pane. In previous versions of Syspro (6.0) I was able to right-click over the Menu and make a copy to all users.
How can I do that in Syspro 7?
I found the Export and Import function but it requires to perform the operation from each user's desktop. I tried it and I was able to import the menu to a second user but I would like to maintain the Menu "system wide".

I am trying to use the Part Billing Program to create a Sales Order using the "Line Details" method. Ie Each line on the Job becomes a non-stock line on the Sales Order.
When I do this, I am trying to get List Price or Customer Price to be reflected on the SO line, but on the customer data I am working with, the price keeps coming up as $0.00. I have tried this using the outdoors company database (EDU1), and all works correctly, so I know I am not doing anything wrong. The $64,000 question, is why wont it work on the customers data?
The obvious has been checked, that I have a list price for each item I have issued to the Job. I have checked my WIP and SO parameters against the EDU1 company database, and changed mine to be equal, but still no luck.
I am open to suggestions.

I just performed and conversion process from Syspro 6.1 to Syspro 7. I'm trying to run the AP Expnse Distribution report (located under Accounts Payable - GL Integration), and all I got is and empty report.
I tried to run it for different periods but the result is the same.
Do I need to run a particular process to get data into this report?

Has anyone tried to update the Customer Purchase Order number against an existing Sales order using the SORTOI Business Object ? All the the response xml is returning a successful message the purchase order number field is not being updated.

I am testing our upgrade from SYSPRO 6.1 to 7. When upgrading do we use the same configuration, or similar, that we used for 6.1?
I know the communications changes and that 7 does not use CCITCP2. I am at the point in he installation where it is asking for Service Name and Service Description. For 6.1 I believe this was ENCSERVER (if it was installed defaultly). In our case it says SYSPRO61.
The clients for 6.1 look for C:\SYSPRO61\BASE\IMPCSC.EXE /HOST=192.18.42.XX /SERV=SYSPRO61
Would I use SYSPRO7 for the Service Name?

Interested to know how other companies update the lead time field for bought out items. I know that there is the Supplier Performance report that will tell you if a supplier is regularly delivering late, but at that point someone has to manually go in to the stock code and add that to the existing lead time. Anything that will calculate/average actual lead times?
